It is our pleasure to welcome YOU to our Guild and to our blog.
Our Guild was established in 1994 by six wonderful ladies, who were intrested in learning and sharing the art of quilt making. They posted an add in local newspaper and thought it will be just six of them who will meet, but to their suprise by the time meeting started there were 12 ladies ready to start this new chapter. And the rest, as they say, IS HISTORY.
If you are reading this and would love to learn more about our Guild and/or the art of quilt making, we are glad you found us. Throughout the year we have all kinds of wonderful projects that we part take: Shop Hops, Quilt Shows, Show and Tell, Monday Sew Day, Block of the Month, Charities that our member support locally and internationally and much, much more. If you are intrested in joining us, here are some helpful tips:
-we meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Methodist Church - 112 Hall St, Watertown, WI.
-for more information please feel free to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
-dues are $20 per year (Jan. through Dec.), if you join after June it will be $10 for that year (dues are nonrefundable)
